Accidents happen. After all, what goes up must come down, one way or another. At our DJI Authorized Repair Center we deal with all manor of issues whether it's an obvious breakage following a crash or maybe you're just experiencing some strange flight characteristics. Our team of highly trained Drone Engineers will cover your repair right through from initial diagnosis all the way to repair completion and test flights, we'll keep you informed of the progress throughout. We offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all new parts but in addition we also have a large stock of approved used parts for some of the older models where parts are no longer available. Our services cover all aspects of the drones and control systems whether it's broken parts, cosmetic damage, cameras, gimbals, control boards or even service work to cover piece of mind and ensure insurance requirements are met. We currently service a number of fleet drones for various commercial operators. With 1,000's of repairs under our belt and the happy customers that come alongside them we are sure that we can add you to that list.

Getting your drone to us

Drop Off In Store: If you're local or don't want to put your drone in the post then feel free to bring it in to our Repair Centre at the address shown on the Contact Us page. We ask that you bring the drone, handset, a battery if available and any damaged or custom components you need us to test and/or repair. Please note, this excludes damaged batteries. Damaged batteries will need to be disposed of yourself.

Courier Drop Off: We offer a pre-paid send and return service. We will email you a pre-paid UPS Drop Off label to print off and stick to your parcel. This can then be dropped in at your nearest UPS Drop Off Point and sent over to us. This service also covers the return courier costs once the repair is complete. There's no up-front cost for this service, it is all included on the final bill. Find your Local UPS Drop Off Point.

Ship It Yourself: Fully flexible allowing you to post your drone at your convenience and with your choice of service. Contact us for details of what we need you to include in the box and we'll go from there.

In a Rush

Have jobs booked and need your repair completed urgently? As the number one DJI Authorized drone repair center in the UK we have this covered and can get you back in the air as soon as possible. Our usual turnaround time for repairs is around 7 days however we do offer Same-Day and 48 hour Express Repair services.

Your repair will receive a fast-tracked diagnosis by one of our specialist engineers at which point we'll can give you a complete breakdown of what we have found. Once the repair has been approved your it will be completed as a priority to get you back on track.

Our Express Service is available to mainland UK residents unless otherwise agreed.

Our Authorized DJI Repair Center is located in the heart of the West Midlands making us easily accessible should you wish to drop your equipment in yourself.
We are up front with the costs of the task and request approval prior to engaging in the repair to ensure you know what is happening and that there's no hidden costs.
We have access to a private flying field so we are able to thouroughly test all repairs. Unless otherwise agreed, no repair leaves our site until it has been thoroughly flight tested to ensure everything is working as it should from the factory.
very repair is logged and tracked through our repair portal system allowing regular and detailed communication that you can view at any time.
You are not committed to us carrying out the repair. If you decide to decline a repair then the only charge to pay would be an inspection fee of £9.99 along with any courier or pre-approved costs.

Simply fill out the repair form, once you've sent that off you'll receive an email from us

We will contact you about your shipping option and what you need to send. Please ensure the drone is well packaged and details are left in the box.

Once it's here we will run our diagnostic tests and get back to you with an estimate for the repair requesting approval to proceed.

Once approved we will issue an invoice for the repair schedule the job with our drone engineers.

Upon completion of the repair your drone will then be bench tested and flight tested to ensure that everything passes our post-repair tests, operating as it should.

The drone will then be packaged up with all items included and return it back to you on next working day shipping service.

Whether you've crashed your drone, damaged one of your propeller blades, or a loose wire affecting your camera feed it's important to get any faults looked at promptly before it's becomes an issue in the air and potentially causes further damage. If you continue to fly your drone with faulty parts it can pose a threat to people and property within the flying area and could result in a larger repair bill or your drone being past repairable. Our expert drone engineers will provide you with great advice and tips to keep your drone in tip-top condition.
